With the heat outside, the body starts getting nauseated. Especially with Indian cuisine being extremely rich in spices, there are rarely any options that you are left with to cool your stomach down. Here are certain foods that have cooling effects on your body.

Yoghurt: Yoghurt will help you cool down your system instantly. It aids the body in fighting against the various digestion problems caused during summers and also has calcium that strengthens the bones. What makes yoghurt better than milk is that it is easier to digest. Mix a few fresh fruits to make a quick fruit yogurt as an evening snack.
