Asus Transformer Pad 3G tablet debuts for Rs 43,999


Asus has announced the launch of Transformer Pad TF300TG tablet in India. Transformer Pad TF300TG is powered by quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 4-Plus-1 1.2GHz processor. 

The 3G tablet comes with a 10-inch 1280x800 IPS display, 1GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. 

For connectivity, the tablet supports Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi. The tablet running onAndroid 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich has a 8-megapixel rear, 1.2-megapixel front camera. 
The Transformer can change into a notebook with a full QWERTY chiclet keyboard mobile dock and up to 14 hours of battery life. 

Transformer Pad also offers accessibility to purchase newspapers from Press Reader, magazines from Zinio and books from Amazon Kindle. MyLibrary consolidates downloaded books, magazines and newspapers in to one easy step. Preloaded on the Transformer Pad is Polaris Office 3.0, a professional mobile office solution which enables users to edit various types of office documents including documents (.doc), spreadsheets (.xls) and presentation files (.ppt). 

It also bundles MyCloud, which will provide users access to digital content such as music, videos, and files from the cloud. Users can even use MyCloud to remotely access and control PC or Mac systems. MyNet easily streams digital media wirelessly within home network devices so HD videos or music can be played on devices such as an HDTV or desktop PCs for an even better experience from the Transformer Pad. 

The tablet is available for Rs 43,999 approximately in India.
